Hello my name is Heide Jimenez. I started this business without thinking it through I took a risk and I am loving it! I want to invite you on the journey I took to become a wood therapist.

I started doing wood therapy back in 2015 the reason why I started doing wood therapy was because I tried what wood therapy was back in Arizona where I was going back and forth from LA, I LOVED it! I loved the fact that I was able to see visible results as well of how I felt! I felt great since I was traveling a lot from LA to Arizona I felt so much water retention in my legs due to the long car rides. I immediately knew this was something I would enjoy doing since I knew it worked and it made me feel great about myself. I took the wood therapy training and loved it! After that I took the massage therapy course and lymphatic training and I love the fact that this can bring so much benefits to your body not only aesthetic side but also wellness. I started making house calls to the few clients I had then I started getting busier with how many clients I was seeing in different locations, plus I was taking more courses to have more knowledge of what I was doing. I have 3 certifications in Wood therapy, and Medical massage practitioner. This gave me the opportunity to work with a doctor for post op patients, giving me more experience in the medical side of massaging and draining. I started working from home, having my room as a studio during the day to see my clients. I kept getting busier and I had enough to rent out a room in Studio City. I was so fortunate to meet one of my loyal client Maria Leguizamon as many of you might know her as colombianmafiafit on Instagram as a Personal Trainer, who later presented me Roselyn Sanchez and Carly Levine who after getting some treatments she loved them so much and invited me to be part of Bungalow3. That was the start of Madera Body Contour in October of 2018.
